Terms of Use

hwverif-backup is operated by Eyal Benoudiz as a personal server backup utility. It is intended solely for the operator’s own use and is not offered as a public or commercial backup service.

Authorized use

The operator may use the utility only with accounts and data they own or are authorized to manage, and must comply with the applicable terms of Google Drive and any other services used. This website does not grant visitors permission to access the utility, the operator’s server, or backup data.

Responsibility for backups

The operator is responsible for selecting data, protecting credentials, setting retention, monitoring backup results, and testing restoration. Creating an OAuth client or obtaining authorization does not establish that a backup is complete, correct, or recoverable.

Availability and changes

The utility is provided for personal use as available, without a service-level commitment or a promise of uninterrupted operation or successful recovery. It may be changed or discontinued. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and contact

Google data is handled according to the Privacy Policy. Questions may be sent to Eyal Benoudiz at eyal.benoudiz@gmail.com.
